Absolutely brilliant service from Hot Golf!

I booked a last-minute golf trip to Belek and realised I needed a new travel bag, so I popped in hoping they’d have something suitable. They had loads in stock, plenty of choice, and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful.

Really friendly, knowledgeable service from start to finish, and they even threw in some golf tees for the trip, which was a really nice touch.

It’s great to go somewhere where the staff actually care and go that extra bit further for you. I’ll definitely be using Hot Golf again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for golf equipment.

I’ve been really impressed with Hotgolf and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

My first order with them was for over £2,500 of golf equipment and the service from the outset was excellent. I dealt with Carl, who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout. He went above and beyond to make sure the various accessories I was ordering were compatible with the rest of my equipment, and when the shaft stiffness I needed wasn’t showing as available online, he took the time to look into it and managed to sort it for me so I got exactly the right specification. It felt like genuinely knowledgeable, personal service rather than simply processing an order.

Unfortunately, there was then an issue with DPD where the order had been split into two parcels and, while one arrived as expected, there were some problems locating and delivering the second parcel.

Obviously that was outside Hotgolf’s control, but what really impressed me was how they dealt with it. The team were fantastic throughout and Jess in particular was incredibly helpful and accommodating. She took ownership of the issue, kept me updated and did everything she could to get things sorted. The purchasing experience had already been excellent, but the way they looked after me when there was a problem with the delivery really stood out.

I’ve since used Hotgolf again and they also honoured a really generous price match for me, which was hugely appreciated. Once again, the service was first class.

It’s easy to leave a good review when everything goes perfectly, but I think you learn far more about a company from how they respond when something outside their control goes wrong. From Carl taking the time to make sure I ordered exactly the right equipment in the first place, through to Jess and the team going above and beyond when there was a delivery issue, I really couldn’t have asked for better service.

They’re now my go-to golf shop and the first place I’ll look whenever I need anything in future. Great prices, knowledgeable staff and, most importantly, genuinely excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

I have used Hotgolf online on multiple occasions for irons sets and individual clubs too. I had an issue with the wrong grip being fitted to my new club which is done by the manufacturer. I took this into stall today as I needed a quick fix and the guys were very polite, good banter and rectified my issues right away. I came down to hotgolf today for my free custom fitting and was served by Paul who took his time to talk me through the fitting process and also talked me through all the changes he was making throughout the fitting and how they would improve my game. Recently bought a premium brand trolley from Hotgolf. Sadly after a few uses i started to have a few issues with it, however Hotgolf have been first class in listening to my issues and responding to my concerns. In particular Jess has been stand out, whom without i doubt the issues i experienced would have been resolved in the manner they have been!

Despite the product issues i would not hesitate in buying from Hotgolf again, as i have found their support second to none!
